Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and who sees it — in numbered clauses and plain language.

Descriptive text, not approved legal text

This page describes what the platform actually does today, taken from the platform’s own behaviour. The approved legal text is not published yet; wherever a slot awaits the owner’s wording it is marked explicitly below.

1What we collect and why

Every field we ask for has a stated reason, and we do not ask for what we do not use.

1.1Your contact detail

Your phone or email — for sign-in, booking notices and account recovery.

1.2Your first name

Seen by the provider when you book, so they know who they are receiving. Nothing more.

1.3What you write in discovery

We read it to understand your need and recommend — it is recommendation input, not a diagnostic file.

1.4Your transaction record

Your bookings, orders and wallet movements — a record required to deliver what you asked for and to audit money.

1.5The legal basis for processing

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The legal basis for each processing purpose (contract performance, legal obligation, consent).
  • How consent is withdrawn where consent is the basis.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

2What we do not do

2.1No selling or renting your data

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

2.2We do not store payment methods

You enter them at each payment, so they do not stay with us.

2.3We do not send what you did not ask for

Only service messages always reach you, because they are part of delivering what you asked for — a ticket or an appointment reminder is not marketing.

2.4Your employer does not learn what you booked

We do not tell your employer that you booked, or what — even when they paid. Their reports are aggregated, not itemised by name.

3Who sees what

3.1The provider

Sees your first name and what you wrote when booking. Not your number, email, balance or other bookings.

3.3The content of your sessions

What happens in your session or consultation is not opened by anyone at the platform.

3.4Who processes on our behalf

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The list of approved sub-processors (payments, SMS, email, hosting) and what reaches each one.
  • The hosting location, and whether any data leaves the Kingdom and under what safeguard.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

4Retention

4.1How long your data stays with us

The audit log, wallet entries and refunds are append-only tables: no past event is edited or deleted. That is a financial-audit requirement, not a technical preference.

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The retention period for each class of data, and when it is destroyed.
  • What survives account deletion and what is erased, and why.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

5Your rights

5.1Freezing and coming back

Freeze your account any time and return with one tap.

5.2Requesting deletion

Request deletion — and we name any standing obligation that blocks it.

5.3Correcting your details

Change your phone or email; the current one stays active until the new one is verified.

5.4How to ask about your data

Any question or request about your data is raised from the contact page and gets a tracking number.

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The data protection officer’s name and dedicated address.
  • The response time the platform commits to for an access or deletion request.
  • The supervisory authority a complaint escalates to if it is not resolved here.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

6Cookies and measurement

6.1What the session needs

Your session technically needs a cookie to keep you signed in — without it sign-in does not work.

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The list of cookies and measurement tools actually in use, their purposes and lifetimes.
  • Whether consent is requested before non-essential measurement, and how it is withdrawn.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.
