Terms and conditions

What the platform commits to, what we expect from you, and the limits of what we guarantee — in numbered clauses you can link to.

Descriptive text, not approved legal text

This page describes what the platform actually does today, taken from the platform’s own behaviour. The approved legal text is not published yet; wherever a slot awaits the owner’s wording it is marked explicitly below.

1Scope of these terms and the platform’s role

Using the platform means accepting what is on this page. It describes the relationship between you and us, not between you and the partner directly.

1.1The contracting entity

The store’s legal identity is shown in every page footer from a single source.

Those values are placeholders today and are marked as such in the footer, so they are not a legal statement.

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The full legal name and legal form of the contracting entity.
  • Commercial registration, VAT number and national address — the footer values are placeholder zeros today.
  • The Maroof certificate number and the store page link.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

1.2A regulated intermediary, not the service provider

  • We list services, experiences and products from independent partners; booking and payment happen inside the platform.
  • Delivery of the service itself is the partner’s responsibility, and your follow-up stays inside the platform.
  • We do not show partner contact numbers: contact, delivery and complaints all pass through here so they leave a record.

1.3The scope of partner verification

"Verified" here has a defined scope: verification applies to a partner’s **domain**, not to the whole partner, and what was and was not checked is shown on their page.

1.4Eligibility

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The minimum age for using the platform, and what happens to a younger person’s account.
  • Statutory eligibility conditions for buying and gifting.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

2Your account and signing in

2.1Sign in with a code, not a password

You sign in with a code sent to your phone or email, so there is no password to store or leak.

2.2Changing your phone or email is a gate that cannot be switched off

Changing your contact detail always requires a verification code, and the current one stays active until the new one is verified.

2.3Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you enter — your tickets and booking notices go there.
  • And for protecting the device that receives your sign-in code.

2.4Freezing and deletion

You can freeze your account and come back with one tap. You can request deletion, and we name any standing obligation that blocks it rather than refusing without a reason.

3Booking and payment

3.1The price you saw is the price charged

The price at purchase is stored on your order as it was, so a later price change does not touch what is done. If the price changes before you finish paying, you are told before confirming, not after.

3.2Payment inside the platform

  • We do not store payment methods: you enter them at each payment.
  • Wallet value and gifts are separate from external payment methods and are not paid out as cash.

3.3A ticket proves a booking; "arrived" is not "used"

You receive a ticket once payment is confirmed and it stays in "My activity". Consumption is recorded by the partner, so arriving somewhere is not a record of the service being used.

3.4When a payment state cannot be confirmed

If your payment state cannot be confirmed we say "being verified" — neither success nor failure — until it clears, and we never charge twice.

3.5Tax and invoicing

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • VAT treatment: whether displayed prices include it.
  • The form of the tax invoice and how a buyer obtains it.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

4Cancellation and refunds

The full detail is on the refund policy page; these clauses are its basis.

4.1Every service type has a published policy

The cancellation policy appears before payment and on your booking page, and it belongs to that service type rather than to one blanket rule.

4.2The policy that counts is the one published when you booked

A refund is computed from the policy published at booking time, and the applied percentage is stored on your booking at the moment of cancellation — so a later policy change does not touch what is done.

4.3A service with no approved policy

Where no policy is approved, no self-cancellation happens: we assume neither generosity nor prohibition, and cancellation goes through support with a written decision.

5Content and ownership

5.1What you write, and what we publish

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The licence covering user-published content (reviews, photos, notes) and its duration.
  • Rights in the platform’s own content and trademarks, and what may be quoted.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

6Limits of liability

6.1Liability cap and exclusions

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The platform’s liability cap and the cases it excludes.
  • Disclaimer for partner performance, and the limits of any availability guarantee.
  • Force majeure and indemnity.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

7Complaints and dispute resolution

7.1A complaint starts at support and carries a tracking number

Every complaint raised from the contact page creates a request with a tracking number shown to you — even if you sent it without an account — and it reaches the support queue in the admin console.

7.2Beyond support

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The statutory body a complaint escalates to if it is not resolved here.
  • Governing law, and the forum for litigation or arbitration.
  • The response time the platform commits to for a complaint.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

8Changes to these terms

8.1How a change is announced and when it takes effect

The date this page was last updated is always shown at the top.

Awaiting the owner’s wording

  • The notice period before a material change takes effect, and the notice channel.
  • What happens to orders that are already placed when a change lands.

Not to be filled in by guesswork: whatever goes here is a commitment that can be claimed.

9The record of what happens

9.1Actions are recorded and never rewritten

Every action with an effect on your account or order creates a new audit event; no past event is edited or deleted.
